Dr.(Med) Josephine Agyeiwaa Stiles Darko is a member of Both the West African College of Physicians and the Ghana College of Physicians currently pursuing a fellowship in both colleges.

She is a specialist psychiatrist at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital and also a part-time lecturer at the university of Ghana medical School, department of psychiatry.  She volunteers as the Ag. deputy Head of Communications at the Mental Health Authority, Ghana.

Dr. Darko is a passionate mental health advocate interested in public mental health literacy, community inclusion and support for persons with mental illness. She has interests in community and rehabilitation psychiatry as well as addiction psychiatry.

Dr Darko believes in forming collaborative partnerships aimed at creating safe, non-judgmental spaces where both physician and client can work together to understand  their unique challenges and strengths, not just focusing on symptom reduction, but on achieving and maintaining wholistic health.

She is a married mother of three and enjoys events planning and watching movies in her leisure.
